Considering that your sweat is full of toxins, you really want to at least towel yourself off as you sweat. Otherwise, you're just reabsorbing the toxins back into your skin.
Only Good For Solo Sessions
You can't have a sauna session with friends or loved ones as you can in a traditional 2 or more person sauna.
They also are not the showpieces that traditional infrared saunas are.
